01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the Jili 333 website accessible at jili-333.app, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses gaming services and manages funds.
• "Real Money Gaming" means any game or activity on the Platform that involves wagering Philippine Peso (₱) funds with the possibility of winning or losing monetary value.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment details.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Jili 333 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions, or guidelines published in connection with individual games, promotions, or features on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Jili 333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the Jili 333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of Jili 333 or any of its associated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with any gaming operator.

Jili 333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the period of unverified play may be withheld.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Jili 333 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Account registration is subject to KYC verification. Jili 333 may request the following documents at any stage:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, PRC ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — will be deemed to have been authorized by you. Jili 333 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify Jili 333 immediately by contacting our support team. The Platform may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users. Such activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Jili 333 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Platform's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your gaming balance upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform's payment processor. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account;
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• Jili 333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts.

Jili 333 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which the Platform accepts no responsibility.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Jili 333 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined in the specific promotion terms;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Jili 333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or irregular betting patterns — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

08 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Jili 333 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the Player, or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its pre-error state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance. Jili 333 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money. Jili 333 does not accept claims of ignorance of game rules as grounds for refund of losses.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jili 333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform or its games.

10 Responsible Gaming

Jili 333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of time spent and amounts wagered during a session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jili 333 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of Jili 333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party service;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jili 333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jili 333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of game results, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Jili 333's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Suspension & Termination

Jili 333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, Jili 333 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the nature of the breach. Where account closure is not due to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the Jili 333 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Jili 333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Article 13 above.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Jili 333 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or payment transactions, Players may submit a formal complaint to the Jili 333 support team. The Platform will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
